Start in the Bonifid app: wallet balances, covered categories, bookings, and reimbursement status. If a visit or receipt looks wrong, include the date, provider, and a screenshot of the error message.
Employers & HR
Company administrators should use the company workspace for programme changes, enrolment, and reporting exports. For access or payroll-related questions, contact us from your work email so we can verify tenancy.
Wellness providers
Provider teams can manage listings, front-desk flows, and settlement questions from the provider workspace. For payouts or integration issues, share the transaction reference shown in Bonifid.
